For the medical clean areas of Level 100 and Level 10000, the temperature ranges from 20℃ to 24℃; the humidity ranges from 45% to 60%.

For the medical clean areas of Level 100000 and Level 300000, the temperature ranges from 18℃ to 26℃; the humidity ranges from 45% to 65%.
